Boot Camp day #2

Wake up at 6:43AM because I set my alarm for 6:30Am and it didn't go off. Shower, shave etc. meet "the crew" ( my new term for the other trainees ). I have this tasty little Yogurt Whip I saw a sign for in the fitness center the night before for breakfast. It's a $6 serving of fruit and yogurt, it was good, but pricey... I need to do some shopping for breakfast food after class. We divide into 2 cars, get to the facility where we'll be lumps of clay ripe for molding over the next 2 weeks. We do the usual individual introductions...people from N. Carolina, New Jersey, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Vancouver, Canada.
I introduce myself, but before I do I stand-up in my chair (this is an office chair with 5 legs on wheels and full 360 swivel capabilities) I begin to do the Twist while saying, "Hi, I'm Tim White from DFW, Texas, I've been a therapist for 9-" Some people are looking at me like, "What the f-", some lady pisses her pants she's laughing so hard, I swear someone cut a fart they were laughing so much, but I'm just standing there in my chair swiveling to "-years, I 've worked on all C-Series clinacs-" the German girl is beet-red crying and saying something in German, the guy from Tokyo is nervously adjusting his glasses "-and the 21EX, I'll be a Clinical Support Specialist-" the piss-lady is now getting up and walking out the door with this huge wet spot on her behind "-covering the entire North American territory." I take my seat.
The instructor takes me and the "Atl. guy" to a wrap serving lunch dining place called Cafe Deli and I have a very tasty Totally Turkey wrap, Sun Chips and a Diet Coke. Finish the day of intense learning.
After class I go grocery shopping and get some Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal, 6 fat-free yogurts(some strawberry, one lime and couple vanilla flavored), half-gallon of Vanilla Silk, a plastic bowl, 2 bananas, steal a plastic spoon, and a bag of Gen Soy Deep Sea Salted Soy Crisps. I borrow the keys to the rental car of co-worker and head down to the Chipotle order a Fajita Steak Burrito Bowl w/ guacamole and mild salsa w/ a med. iced tea. The cold parts (sour cream, lettuce, salsa, guacamole) were very cold and hot parts (steak fajitas and black beans) were hot enough, so a very good dinner. It was just enough to fill me and give me time to wind-down before I grab my 60 GB iPod and hit the treadmill, elliptical and recumbant bike while listening to The Faint's Blank-Wave Arcade and 3 songs off Danse Macabre which sets the right pace for walking, jogging, ellipticalling and recumbant biking. BTW, my left calf muscle has been cramping all day.
Done working-out, get back to the room, talk to my wife and son on the phone and blog, here.
