Weight
"I don't know what the freak, freak is happening
old-age, or older-age rather, but I'm ballooning. I won't disclose me my exact weight, but it's significantly more robust that it has been in the last eight years since I started low-carbing it. For no reason my middle is mui grande and I've been only slightly eating less low-carb lately. I think I may have ruined my body's ability to make use of the food I eat. Any amount of carbs, my body doesn't know what to do with it, and it immediately stores it as fat. This may be OK if I keep my carb-intake low for the rest of my life, but what about the long-term health implications? I hear I can ruin my kidneys of I keep eating so much protein etc. I've pretty much written that one off because I think I would have seen signs of kidney trouble by now after 8 years of eating low-carb. But I guess those effects are latent and I wonÂt have viable kidneys when I'm 80 years old or something. Also, I'm missing out on variety of food on my life which doesn't weigh too heavily, but I like sweets (obviously, that's why I needed to go on a diet in the first place), in small quantities that is every once in a while, and actually whenever I get my hands on some I DO over do it. I have also been contemplating doing more aerobic exercise along with my weight training to burn more calories and fat while I build muscle which is also contributing to my 'bulkiness'."
That was a couple months ago and now I'm into Phase 3 of a workout I got from MensHealth.com. It has really worked for me. I look better and feel better in just 3 months. Just about every part of me has expanded in a good way. The total workout is 10 phases and exercises are numerous, working every muscle group. I'm getting great results. I'm definitely sticking with this till the end of all phases, and I know I will lookand feel better about myself for it.
