Middle of nowhere Kentucky. Small clinic amongst the whisky and bourbon distilleries. Beautiful land, rolling hills, faint smell of smoked barrels and grains. Where America was fought for over slavery and freedom.

Die there and walk away from it all, all the expectations and illusions of fashion and consumerism. Let those trapped call you dead and forgotten. You’re free.
